Indeed, they certainly can, especially a momma pig with babies! Luckily they tend to run away when people approach, but cornering them, especially the big ones, is a very bad idea! The problem with apple trees, and many fruit trees from the temperate mainland, is that they need cold in winter, which we don't have. There are apples growing up on the higher mountains, but the fruit tends to be quite small. There are also a few low or no-chill varieties that are becoming known, but we don't have any yet. We have a few no-chill peach trees, but we haven't seen any fruit yet. Every place has its pros and cons, even here...lol! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
