Looks there should be a "quantum-resistant" upgrade to Hive keys, though to be able to properly test such "quantum resistance" needs access to a powerful enough quantum computer. π€π€―

Yes, absolutely, I very much agree with that. Some other blockchains are already working on quantum-resistant technology, thankfully, though I haven't heard about any such developments on Hive yet.
