It's only 2 seconds but I've run my best 3000m in two years and 4-5 seconds better than in June so that's a good deal. There was quite some wind, so fighting that wind alone 7x for a 100m straight line is not that easy.
Yesterday I've been just in time to buy these great shoes in the outlet! Official price is 250€, reduced to 175 in the outlet, 105€ for Black Friday and now 70€!!!!!!! And with common sizes like 41,5 and 42 :-)
