The usual slow endurance run following in the 15 km (this time 16km) from Sunday I took it a little bit less slow since I'm recovering better. A pace of 4'50"/km is still slow but especially the better recovery is a good sign.
Next Sunday will be the first cross. So I'll drop the cycling on Saturday unfortunately to be for it. I'll do my 6km and afterwards the 8km elite cross as well on a slower pace to maintain more or less the volume of 45-50km (weekly) depending on the weather - the forecast is really bad for tomorrow and just "bad" for Wednesday...
Let's see where it'll bring us. The week after that there's no cross so I could accumulate again...
