Challenges can make one sad and depressed. Nobody can boast that he or she have never been challenged. But to keep overcoming. One have to be hopeful and alive.

Being hopeful means that one should have positive mindset on event and occasions around. With this good vibe despite how demeaning and bad, it might be. That one will have inner joy and alive.

Despite not having everything that one needs. Our needs are insatiable and scare, knowing this, will make us to be content as long as we enjoy the best needs of everyone.

Look around you, do you see anyone that needs your help? Don't deny them of that. Being generous and considerate are pillars to show how hopeful, you are that things will be alright for everyone.
