Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz lunes, inicio de semana!! A seguir trabajando por esas metas!! Hoy tocó arrancar la semana con todo asi que decidí trabajar un poco los gluteos con mis ejercicios favoritos para ellos, la sentadilla profunda por supuesto no puede faltar, son varios los ejercicios que les comparto acá!!
Inicie la semana con gluteos para cumplir con la meta de trabajarlos al menos 2 veces por semana asi que les estaré contando💪💪
