It has been raining heavily here the streets are flooded, I am not even going to dare to go out even tomorrow I will skip Mass.
Interestingly I have my warm jersey on, so the rainy season is a suitable season for me here in Benin judging by experience so far.
Other than that my day has been good.
Perhaps one of these days you will have longer and better sleep.

I booked today last minute some flights to my mum… Friday I go. No direct flights available from Ireland sadly. So had to book 4 separate flights there and back with a wait of 4 to 6 hours between them.

She doesn’t know yet I am coming… will be a surprise, I have to keep it quiet for safety reasons like said before… it’s complicated. Have to plan visiting carefully. Luckily I can stay at a friends place and hop on the train to her, hopefully a few times… if all goes well 🤞🏻

A surprise will be cool, like I did for my uncle, he never knew I was leaving SA and when I appeared he was so shocked and happy after over 15 years of seeing me last he just couldn't stop admiring me.
