Congrats on your progress, even if you gained weight. True progress starts at being aware and acknowledging the progress.

I just jumped on the gym for the first time in years 3 days ago and I got terrible headaches and body pains from sudden exertion. I listen to my body and now resting. Hopefully will recover soon.

I may relapse back to old lifestyle and habits these days, but that's okay. We can be mindful next time and learn from experience.

Hope you don't get too stressed at work! Pressure is what keeps us from being mindful and falling back to old habits that make us feel better.

do you have a trainer or some gym buddies? when we start the gym, we need those people unless you are taking some classes with instructor. I used to to come regularly to GYM, well that's when before they got too expensive.
