OK here we are at the end of this week... Well thats if we start the week from Monday and end it on Sunday. As usual, at this time I follow what @freecompliments suggest for our community members, which is making a post about reflections on what we have experienced in the last 7 days.
There aren't anything new this week, the same as the last week... Workload is very high, too high for sure because I am covering up a man loss in our team. Nowadays people are funny, they love to resign without any prior notice... Submit the letter and then just walk out the next day without having anything felt wrong.
Well lets forget that, I am still doing the night walk like the previous week... however I am adding an extra jumping jack warm up... not much, only 2 x 10 jumping jacks before the walk, and another 2 x 10 jumping jacks after the walk.
Why Jumping Jacks, because in FreeCompliments Community we are having that Jumping Jack Challenge. I do not take the challenge, but I like the idea. And of course, I would like to congrats @meraki7578 for finishing the jumping jack challenge. This is her post about it:

Well I think @meraki7578 and @legendwushu are two community members who love to follow the Friday Fitness Challenge. I am glad we have those two who promote wellness very well here.
This week we have burpees challenge... If I can not make a good progress, I will keep it for myself without posting it... so right now I can only say, we will see later.
Ok Now What I Reflect on This week....
GAINING WEIGHT - GETTING FATTER
Look at that, I am getting fatter despite doing some exercises. It's not that I am lying on taking those exercise but its more like the food I have been eating recently.
Gaining weight by getting fatter is definitely not good, bad for our health. Yes we all already know that and no need to make some article, or find some material on internet to check how bad it is. For some people, like me, getting fatter is a response while we are in heavy pressure and high stress environment.
During these day, I prefer to take high calories or high sugar food, sweet stuffs and sweet drinks because it helps in managing the stress. I do not smoke, and I do not drink any alcohol. So food is the main thing that is there for me. Recently I tend to drink sweet tea, sweet instant coffee, chocholate milk, sweet bread or buns, and many more.

In that post I talked about Sate Padang, or Minangese Beef Satay in Curry Sauce. The main thing in there are the rice cake and the curry sauce. The meat always be in small portion, thats how its always be served... So It's not protein based meal but more like a Calorie bomb. Another typical meal I have for dinner recently.
It's not like I am not aware about this, its just sometime we need to have a good stress relief and sacrifice need to be taken. In this case, I let myself getting fatter, not trying to fight the diet first until everything getting more controlled.
Ok if getting fatter is bad, why do I say ITS OK on the title above?
Well, I am not a dietician or fitness expert, so do not take this post as a valid scientific approach. What I share here based on my experience getting fatter and thinner over years. So here is why I say that one:
1. You Know Why You Getting Fatter
Getting fatter is ok if you know and aware why you are getting fatter. Most people do not know that! they just want to get slimmer quick. There are many reasons why someone get fatter, in my case it is due to bad eating and a bad nutrition take in.
It is bad if you get fatter and don't know why...
2. You Know How To Counter The Increasing Fat
Getting fat is ok, if you know how to tackle it back. In my case, I believe I will get slimmer and healthier again once I can manage my time and stress, and get a proper meals again. Meanwhile I will be taking some light exercise, and I know well the calories burnt is a lot less than the intake.
Why don't I take more carbo burning exercises? I want to, but let see the problem here... I am working 15-18 hours a day, 7 days a week... which mean I am working on sunday too and having zero off-day until my project finish. I have 3 projects on deadline, all must finish on March 2024
3. Have A set Timeline...
This is the most important one, I have a set of timelines... All must finish on March 2024, so probably I will have a few weeks off in April or in the end of March. My case is bad eating so I can not have this for a long period. It will give me another problem or health issue, from Insomnia, High Blood Sugar, Gout, and many more.
If you have your body fat rising, and want to counter it by having certain fitness program, set a timeline too. Make sure you start and finish that program. Some people want to start cardio but never start it anyway... same like me, last year I wanted to start callisthenic but never start it properly, its always be back at the beginning, the 10 push ups. All due to no commitment on timeline
Closure
I believe for the next 1-2 weeks my weight will still be rising. I am ok with that, its not the end and I well know that its not a good one. However It's still OK because I know what is going on and what things I should take when the time comes. It's still better than taking alcohol or cigarettes, those two kills your pocket and making your health bad too.
Gaining Weight is not the end of everything... easy to say that because I am a man, not a girl who overconcern about her body weight.
ok that's for today post. Thank you for reading this one
