Hello friends!
The year is ending, actually this is the last Wednesday! and we have experienced many things, we have also walked a lot, because it is a good way to relax, to leave stress aside, and to be able to enjoy the surroundings, the good atmosphere, the natural beauty and all those little details that we have in front of us and we usually ignore.
But we cannot ignore the immensity of the sea, and that is why you have to end the year in a special way and each walk looking at the horizon is unique, we feel privileged, maybe we are, we are grateful for being there, it is time to give thanks for everything, and continue walking forward, towards a new year, and towards more beautiful walks.
And again I return to my place, to my world and to my sea, to that Mare Nostrum, which gives me life, joy and hope, because we need that hope now more than ever, which in this case is not green but blue. Because here the blue is unique, bright and magical, not only from the sea, but on beautiful winter days where the sky is bluer than the sea itself.
We look at the landscape that adorns and accompanies it, graceful palm trees and also other more trees that are always there pending and vigilant in front of a large space of warm sand that is now emptier and calmer. Everything is calmer now, and we breathe deeply that fresh, cold air full of salt and life.
We celebrate life at every step, now is the time to celebrate, right? And with each step we get closer to the sea, to that line that makes us lose ourselves beyond, dream and desire. While a ray of sunshine caresses our faces and blesses us.
And we continue our path, among more trees, bushes and hedges, without losing the sound of the sea, while we enjoy the solitude, the stones, the birds, the silence...
Because there isn't much else, but it's all there.
And we cannot resist approaching the shore again, as if enchanted, as if hypnotized, to the rhythm of the waves that come and go, like us.
We stare, thinking about what those waves will bring us this coming year, and giving thanks for those views and for that moment, wishing for it to happen again, more walks, more moments of peace and of course, more Mediterranean Sea.
Simply while the sun shines and reflects on everything we see I continue on my way, calm, grateful and happy and also wishing you a very happy and inspired new year, filled with great walks, magical moments and many beautiful things.
