Saludo ako sa mga masisipag na gumagawa ng dough napakainit sa taas dagdag pa ang init ng panahon. Oo alam ko hindi siya kaaya aya walang protection tulad gloves or shirt. Sa start up business overtime nagiimprove yan hindi tayo tulad ng U.S.A na may capital or napakadali nila magloan sa bangko. This is the reality sa ating bansa kung ano lang ang budget sa ating bulsa iyon ang pinagkakasya. Ang mga nagttrabaho sa ate ko bakit nagtitiis kahit napakainit? Para sa kanilang pamilya. Ganyan tayong mga pinoy likhang masisipag tayo para sa pamilya. Time na para sa mga napakasarap na ibat ibang pizza flavors..

If you remember I posted about my sister's business here Crusty Pizza. Now that I'm back in Pampanga, I went to her shop and she showed me the improvement of her pizzeria.
I salute the hardworking people who makes the dough, it's very hot upstairs and the weather is hot. Yes, I know there is no protection like gloves or a shirt. In a start up business overtime it will improve, we are not like the U.S.A that has capital or they are very easy to get a loan from the bank. This is the reality in our country, whatever the budget is in our pocket, that's what fits. Why do those who worked with my sister endure even when it's so hot? For their family! That's how we Filipinos, we work hard for our family. It's time for delicious different pizza flavors.. see pictures above.
