Naniniwala ako sa kasabihang "Communication is Susi"

For the past 2 months nagiging redundant na ito 🤣, lagi ako nagbabasa sa mga whitepapers ng Hive Blockchain, Tokens at sa mga articles ng HivePH. Inuulit ko marami ako natutunan (ganito pala ire ganito pala siya). Hindi ako nahihiyang magtanong kung hindi ko naiintindihan yung nabasa ko reminder binasa ko ha. Itatanong ko yan sa mga OG dito isa na diyan ang mga miyembro ng @team-philippines at si @ecoinstant. Sa panonood naman or pakikinig (podcast) natuto ako sa #HHHLive ni @ph1102, kung wala kayo time kasi late na meron siyang rebroadcast after the event the next day or puwede kayo magjoin sa Discord channel ng @ecency. Nagaanounce siya sa general chat English or sa event chat every Wednesday at around 12:00 am PH time before magstart. Siyempre si Sir Idol Mr @guruvaj, every Sunday meron siyang live multi stream stream. Hindi rin mawawala ang HivePH articles ni @adamada Links below.

THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM!

I'm sharing the information that I gathered so far dahil alam ko malaking tulong ito para maintindihan ninyo ang Hive Blockchain at ano ang nangyayari sa paligid natin. Hindi ko po sinasabi na alam ko na lahat nagshashare ako ng information sa inyo dahil nagubos ako ng sarili kong TIME para malaman ang mga natutunan ko. Naka highlight ang time kasi ang pinaka importane sa akin ang TIME! Kung bibigyan ninyo ng oras ang pagbabasa or pakikinig malaking bagay ang kapalit nito. Ang mga sagot sa iniisip ninyo habang binabasa ninyo ito ay nasa harap niyo na "The Elephant in the room" ika nga nila.

Intellectual Laziness!

Nagtataka kayo bakit hindi natin makita ang Elepante? Dahil tamad tayo matuto, examples bahala na bukas, may bukas pa at mamaya na yan marami akong oras. Ano nga ba ang mga dahilan nito IMHO napakalaking bagay ang social media umaagaw ito ng attention natin (reels, shorts bla bla bla bla). Kapag naagaw ang attention natin nawawalan tayo ng oras para sa napaka importanteng bagay ang matuto. Matuto = skills.

PERA aspect.

Paano ba magkapera? Marami sa atin yan ang tanong dahil karamihan sa atin ay pinanganak ng walang Iphone kabilang na po ako doon. Gusto mo magkapera edi pagaralan mo, If you want wealth study wealth.

Nabasa ko ang 2 rant articles about HivePH at napansin ko din ang pagbaba ng mga articles tuwing down ang Hive. Kapag tumataas ang Hive naku po sandamakmak na articles ang mababasa mo. I will be honest here nandito po ako para sa pera kagaya ninyo, 14years na po ang experience ko sa crypto. Hindi po ako expert sa crypto, businessman po ako pinagaralan ko po ang pera. Hindi po ako mayaman money wise mayaman po ako sa kaalaman sa mga experience sa buhay. 43 years old na po ako nag start po ako kumayod 12 years old palang bote bakal and I'm proud of that, nagtinda ng ice cream, nagtinda ng paputok noong hindi pa bawal, nagtrabaho sa motel bellboy at 16 years old, nagtrabaho sa non-life insurance for 16 years and now nagsusulat ng blog.

Hindi po ako puwede magturo ng kung sino ang mali pero may point ang isang article diyan. IMHO hindi kailangan alisin yan sa HivePH kailangan diyan revise. As a new member po or guest sa HivePH may advice lang po ako sa mga kapwa ko Pilipino. Kung ano po ang itninanim natin ngayon yoon po ang ating aanihin natin bukas (analogy). Cause and effect sa English.

The Future

Naniniwala po ako sa ating mga kakayahan bilang Pilipino, maliit pa lamang po ang ating community sa HivePH. Nakikita ko po ang future nito dahil manghuhula ako 🤣! Nakikita ko po na masaya at may peace of mind ang mga kapwa ko Pinoy dito pero kung may pagbabago sa iisat isa kabilang na po ako doon. Sa mga admin more HP to you! Sa mga delegators I salute you! Sa mga members na kagaya ko magreflect lang sa mga ginagawa natin dito sa community. Nakakatulong ba ako or ako lang nakikinabang?

Intellectual Laziness!

Some of the content creators post the same thing and expecting that over time, they get paid more by providing the same quality for years. It's fine if they have a low bar of expectations like being contented on what everyone else tips but to be exude some level of envy is just entitlement. Post what you want, just level your expectations on what you can expect from the platform. Some people really improve their blogs over time and some just stagnate.

The stake present on @hiveph account is built by the community members that were present in the past and now. At some point, there was a group that said why don't we build something for everyone and it snowballed into what it is now. The amount of HP present is proportionate to the cumulative effort everyone is putting into the account.

With a community that spans more than hundreds and yet less than 30-50 people actually give a flying fuck about it, it's not really a surprise to see there's less progress than expected from its years of existing on the platform. Now picture this from my point of view where people who contributed none from that building process expect HivePH to be supportive of them. If I had to pick which to support given the limited amount of voting power the community has, my bias will always be for the people that do bother with the community.

There was a point in time when everyone had free admission and the screening process for membership was non-existent, you know what happened? nothing. So when more perks were added to qualified members and memberships had thresholds in place, it's when the community started to gain more resources by investing in those that do matter. I'm all for supporting people out there but if they're playing a selfish strategy when you're game requires team work, I think I'll make a pass on these few.

With regards to the voteme privilege, it has been a source of headache since you're not only managing voting power and stake, you also need to adjust expectations on how people want to be rewarded just for existing on the community. There's the aspect of keeping the bot up and liquidity available all the time so that delegators get paid which is not a responsibility passed on the community.

Good governance looks boring. The fact that there's little drama on the community means most problems get nipped in the bud. It's only when things don't work that people start to notice we're doing something, take for instance how Kembot is online, only when the voteme is down do people notice the bot needs a coder that fixes things and they are allocating their precious time on the community for free when in fact, doing the same job for a client will costs us hundreds of dollars. Like I said, a lot of things that keep this community running are concerns aren't shared with majority of the members because that's not their assumed responsibility.

Naku po! I went on a smoke break before I can put my take on this one 😂. Personal development is a huge thing for me. If I took some actions (today) or applied it in reality there are only two reactions either good or bad. If the next day comes whatever the outcome is I will accept it, no regrets and learned from it.

The answer is clearly on their faces and yet blinded by it. Here is the because part Fear Uncertainty and Doubt. The best quote out there..Pinaghain na kita susubuan pa ba kita?

On that note, someone is telling a story a group of people gathered there are laughers, mockers, confused and believers. Do we removed the others and take only the believers? IMHO no we need all the groups of people to build a community in that way the community supports the Hive Blockchain as a whole.

We have a small community on Discord the Rice Group. We are taking baby steps towards a new beginning to change the system of the Filipino mindset in this blockchain (balyena is the bida). As a Filipino we (Rice Group) believe that the power is in your hands (HP) we can be balyena!

We will open the flood gates soon for our fellow Filipinos (we just need more coffees and more talks 😀).

And in my opinion, casting out dead weights makes everything efficient on record or prove a point that removing them is inconsequential. If one wants to be rewarded by the community, it has to be by their merits, this is what I believe anyway.

I don't want to invest my resources in people that siphon off value for personal gain in excess when there is a system in place where you can share the resources and be a team player where everyone wins. We're here for the money but there's at least some balance with greed vs altruism at play. Between someone that does something for the community vs someone that just passively exist as a community member, I'd be more than willing to invest my time on the former than the latter because that builds them up to do more for others.

There's no problem if you setup a community where everyone is welcome and gets a piece of the pie for doing absolutely nothing to earn their keep. Just don't complain about it when value doesn't get reciprocated. Seeing the Filipino community from steemit blockchain days up to now just enforces my beliefs that my efforts should be directed more to specific few that have an interest in building the community better than when they found it than those that just exist by name as a community member.

EDIT: That's partly the reason why the initiation channel on discord exists, so we let community members vouch for one another whether they earned their roles. I believe everyone deserves the type of community they have eventually. This means everyone had played a role in commission or omission in shaping the community.

waaaaa! 💯 I agree! Di naman kasi agad2x ung bunga noh. Kung wala kang tanim ngayon, edi wala kang kakainin bukas. Common sense naman na siguro to, pero minsan talaga sadyang nakakalimutan ng mga tao to.

True that each time that Hive goes down, an influx of PH people are being nibbed from the system especially newbies.

Intellectual Laziness!

Why upgrade if I can get some free tokens on the side? This has been a concern for people too.
No one's visiting their content ( because they didn't care to go outside their bubble as well).
Some guys will create a post, then run away to which shouldn't be. On a personal level I hate reblogs if there's no comment left on my post especially if it is a new guy, like they can probably provide some input and give their insights too but they chose to share it instead. Though the gesture's all good for sure they mean no harm with that I feel that it is too lazy especially if their following isn't that big nor their followers are just bots.

Ahhhh voteme one of the major cause of dramas in the server. TBH this has been revised and discussed with the admins and also people across the server but very few only responded. How we can be better and other stuff most people doesn't even care. If you check the delegators of the Hivepower in the Hivephilippines, you will see that very few updated their delegations there.

Sa mga admin more HP to you!

Hopefully we can get more hahah! Di man ako admin, pero if the HP will increase malaking help yan for the community that they are supporting mas malaki ang upvote edi happy lahat. Mostly voluntary talaga ang pagdadagdag ng HP sa community acct, if you check there's no oi mag delegate ka na sa Hiveph or even in the post created by the community yung mga for support na may i ki click ka lang pwede ka na mag delegate etc. kasi most people talaga doesn't even care.
