Ich bin auferstanden von den Toten. Nein, Spaß beiseite, ich hab komplett flach gelegen. Aber ich bin zurück und der Kryptomarkt ist gecrasht, was soll die Scheiße. Also jetzt mal no joke, heute Morgen war ich erstmal etwas sehr verdutzt. Auch etwas traurig. Aber so ist das halt, das Ganze wird aber hoffentlich ganz bald wieder in den alten Stand zurückgehen. Eigentlich müsste man ja sagen, in den neuen alten Stand. Hoffen wir einfach das Beste.
Ja, ich war heute arbeiten. Ich hab in meiner einstündigen Mittagspause, die ich heute hatte, einen ganz großen Spaziergang draus gemacht. Es war zwar arschkalt, aber es war super geil mit der Sonne.
Ich hab mich dann abends noch mit einem Kumpel getroffen, bin auch mit ihm spazieren gegangen. Allerdings in einer Mall, also weil es draußen einfach zu kalt war. Wir sind da praktisch einfach die ganze Zeit im Kreis gelaufen. Aber dafür kann man es ja nutzen, also dafür sind doch Malls da – und zum Geld ausgeben. Was wir allerdings heute nicht gemacht haben.
Ja, und damit melde ich mich zurück. Ich wünsche euch einen guten Start in die Woche. Und ich werde jetzt wahrscheinlich erstmal ein bisschen Hype einkaufen gehen, damit ich auch weiterhin für dieses Jahr die Verlosung durchführen kann.

I have risen from the dead. No, just kidding—I was completely out of it. But I'm back, and the crypto market has crashed… what the hell. No joke, this morning I was really confused. And a bit sad. But that's just how it is. Hopefully, things will get back to the way they were soon. Or rather, to the new old state. Let’s just hope for the best.
Anyway, I went to work today. During my one-hour lunch break, I took a long walk. It was freezing cold, but the sun was amazing.
In the evening, I met up with a friend and we went for another walk—this time inside a mall because it was just too cold outside. We basically walked in circles the whole time. But hey, that’s what malls are for—well, that and spending money. Which, by the way, we didn’t do today.
So yeah, I’m back. Wishing you all a great start to the week! Now I’ll probably do some hype shopping so I can keep running the giveaway this year.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Zu essen gab es von mir heute tatsächlich Frühstück. Ich hab zwei Scheiben Schwarzbrot mit Frischkäse gegessen. Dann hatte ich Trauben. Mit meinem Kollegen war ich Döner essen. Und wie man im Foto sieht, gab es einen McSundae mit Karamell.
Ich weiß auch nicht, wenn draußen minus zwei Grad sind, ist so ein Eis irgendwie weird. Aber es hat trotzdem irgendwie gut geschmeckt. Es hatte halt Umgebungstemperatur. Meine Finger waren danach auch gefühlt komplett tot. Aber es war trotzdem echt lecker.
What about the calories?
I actually had breakfast today! I ate two slices of black bread with cream cheese. Then I had some grapes. I also went out for a döner with my colleague. And as you can see in the photo, I had a McSundae with caramel.
I don’t know why, but eating ice cream when it’s minus two degrees outside feels kinda weird. But it still tasted really good. It was pretty much at ambient temperature. My fingers felt completely frozen afterward, but it was still totally worth it.
