There are some people whose native language is not English, but they studied English as a second (or later) language (especially at an early age) and got exposed to (especially in a professional way) people speaking (and writing/typing) English very well, so they can easily look like they are native English speakers. 🧘♂️🤓😏

Oh, yes, indeed, and I've met and talked with many people like that. I can almost always tell if someone is a native speaker or not, usually by how they organize words, the pronunciation of some words, and their choice of words. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I assume that when someone who is not a native English speaker has studied foreign languages (including English) as a profession (where some of the possible jobs are authoring and translating) would appear to be a native English speaker to you and some others. 🤔🤓
