I just powered up 161 for hive power up day, and I have been power more up over the last month than ever before. It really feels like I am starting to get somewhere
I was hoping for a few more steps today, though! I was aiming for 30k but was way under. A trip to the airport and flight made it hard. In the end, I was lucky to get the 20k with a morning run, a few body weight exercises, and some walking .
