Thunderstorm, then it looks dry.. so fast? LOL! I'm guessing you guys have no flooding problem, right? It's one of our biggest problem when it rains hard in the metro. Thankfully though it doesn't flood that badly in the neighborhood where I live (except in extreme cases). Happy new month ahead!
