Hoy me hicieron un maravilloso regalo, fueron tres cocos tiernos, para mí este ha sido un mega fantástico regalo, yo amo todo lo que se pueda realizar con esta mágica fruta, me declaro fans número uno del coco.

En estos días el calor ha estado en su punto como digo yo, así que enseguida pensé voy a realizar una deliciosa Cocada de la que se hacen en mi tierra Venezuela pero eso sí a mi manera, una Cocada sin duda alguna para mí significa un hermoso día en la playa, dónde nunca nos puede faltar y además nos alegra el día y nos refresca, así que con esto en mente y sin pensarlo mucho me puse en acción, lastima que la voy a disfrutar en casa.

These days the heat has been at its peak as I say, so I immediately thought I'm going to make a delicious Cocada of which are made in my land Venezuela but in my way, a Cocada certainly for me means a beautiful day at the beach, where we can never miss and also brightens the day and refreshes us, so with this in mind and without thinking much I got into action, too bad I'm going to enjoy it at home.

• El coco es una fruta maravillosa que no solo nos aporta múltiples beneficios y nutrientes a nuestro cuerpo, también es un antioxidante natural muy rico en fibra, minerales entre otros.

• Luego de haberle terminado de hacer los huecos a los cocos, tome un colador lo coloque encima de mi jarra medidora y me dispuse a extraer el agua a cada uno.

• After I finished hollowing out the coconuts, I took a strainer and placed it on top of my measuring jug and set about extracting the water from each one.

• Salió un litro de agua la cual estaba muy sabrosa y bien dulcita.
• La reserve para agregarla a la preparación.

• Picamos los cocos a la mitad y con la ayuda de una cuchara le sacamos toda la pulpa.
• La pulpa de los cocos estaban tierna pero firme.

• Esto es una tentación muy grande para mí y no puedo evitar comerme unos cuantos pedazos.

• Lo primero que puse en el vaso de la licuadora fue una parte del hielo bien picaditos.
• luego agregue la pulpa del coco ( no puse toda la pulpa para no forzar la licuadora, así que la realice por partes).
