oh yes, the three weeks were some experience indeed. I did take notes of what I needed to learn and thought it best to move forward. the old phone company though is being an ass for not cancelling the account just yet 'coz of the supposed open ticket that no one bothers to fix. 😠 ahhh it is what it is. we'll keep following up lest they charge us again for unused service 😡
