Hello my Alive Tribe Friends!
I hope you had an enjoyable Friday. I, for one, am tickled to report that it is Friday. These days at work just grind on by. I'm busy constantly trying to just catch up on backlogged work. The pressure is real.
I logged off work at 5. I've been staying after a bit after logging off the phones to work on backlog. It's ridiculous stress, so I try to close one or two cases once I'm logged off of the phones. Health insurance is complex for everyone and there are always questions and problems to resolve.
Advice From A Health Insurance Advocate
Take time to study your health insurance benefit book and choose your medical plan carefully, if you are offered options to choose. I speak from an American standpoint because I realize universal health coverage is vastly different.
Picking health insurance should be a priority and knowing what's offered can save you, or cost you, more money than you want to pay. Call your insurance preservice, when possible, to find out in advance what benefit may apply.
This is your financial tip for the day.
After work (I step out of my bedroom/office into the living room).
Two of my husband's grandchildren are on the sofa playing on digital devices. Jeff is on the sofa with our dog, Inara, who rarely leaves his side. She's needy.
I drove to Dollar General for hamburger buns and a bag of Lays chips to go with sloppy joes for dinner.
We bought a movie on Amazon Prime, Death on the Nile. It was a 2022 film adapted from the book written by Agatha Christy. It was a good movie and I'm a bit smug about figuring out who the murderers were in this mystery. I rated the movie a 7 or 8 out of 10. It was good enough to keep me engaged. Considering I have a touch of ADD, that says a lot.
In between the movie and dinner, I did some AI art.
I adore kittens
I began experiencing migraine symptoms around 9:00 pm. I took a low-dose muscle relaxer and a Tramadol. I was hoping to cancel it. It's there, lingering.
It's 11:27 pm and all I hear are night sounds. I'm grateful for the peaceful mood. I'm exhausted, but relieved. Tomorrow Jeff wants me to see the new fixer-upper plane he bought to restore. He plans to sell the one he's been working on as parts because the plane needs more parts to restore than previously anticipated. I'll probably go look and take photographs to share.
Jeff purchased this hobby plane, previously it was in an accident*
He plans to fully restore this plane and paint it red and white. They're very slick all painted.
I hope to sleep in tomorrow, but sleep is so elusive. I'm alive and thriving.
What are your plans? I know I need to write more. Thank you for reading 📚.
