I hope everyone is doing well today. Today marks the half way mark of the week. It's been nonstop phone calls and no time to work saved member inquiries at work. The members are calling back regarding resolution of their previous inquiries, and we can only call and advise that we are working on them. There are eight hours in the day - period.
My team lead messaged me that she appealed an error assigned to one of my appraisal calls this week and the appraisal was down scored to 80% initially. She researched the call and provided the proof that I handled the call correctly to re-score the appraisal to 100%.
Receiving an 80% on an appraisal may not seem bad to a reader, but in our health insurance customer service area to receive quality score below 98% out 100% means that a representative fails quality stats for a whole month. I take every error seriously. The low stat haunts you because you are bumped down the seniority rung of the ladder with regards to selecting time off of work or selecting new work schedules. My stats are typically among the highest in our unit.
I took part in staking ALIVE today. I'm technically challenged because I use my Note 22 Ultra Plus smartphone exclusively to post on HIVE. I also changed my keys because it became obvious yesterday that my keys had been compromised. I downloaded Keychain and I'm experiencing some issues, but fortunately I have full control over my keys and HIVE account.
Here is my proof of staking ALIVE
Today is Wednesday prayer meeting and we stream the message from home because the drive is over an hour long.
This is my proof of life. Thank God for snapchat filters 😆.
