Maybe I'll try using my alt account (not with my main account because I've been building this for a long time and don't want to ruin my reputation by receiving Downvotes on every post later).

Step 4: YouTube is promoting all YouTube Shorts with their algorithm so you will reach 1,000 Subscribers and the required hours of views in no time

        Absolutely. This is one of my Alt accounts. I would not recommend posting anything like this on your main Blog.
