Hello health and wellness loving community. Nice to greet you and wish you a Merry Christmas. On this occasion I share with you a delicious juice to increase cleanse the body and increase the body's defenses. It is a smoothie of carrot 🥕 , cucumber 🥒 and aloe.

Hola comunidad amante de la salud y el bienestar. Encantado en saludarles y desearles felíz navidad. En esta ocasión les comparto un delicioso jugo para aumentar limpiar el organismo y aumentar las defensas del cuerpo. Se trata de un batido de zanahoria 🥕 , pepino 🥒 y sábila.

Next, I blended the cucumber, carrot, aloe vera, one cup of water and blended until a homogeneous mixture was obtained.
