The person who gets the highest score regarding the criteria below will win the 50k delegation, right? So the winner is not determined randomly, right?

Exactly we have the help of @arcange who has a scrip for getting this kind of results and we will also do a manual check on curation history of the participants and engagement so that we can make sure the winner is not an abuser.
