Most neighbors are annoying,you just have to adhere to the community and be calm with them since the local police doesn't have anything to say too,I hope they can stop it so you can get back to studying for your exams,you can burn midnight candles since they would be asleep by then..have a great day ahead

        Thank you @victorbch. That's true; I hope though that the lockdowns will be over soon. That way I can atleast drive away when they are so noisy.
