                    Apps tend to take up quite a lot of internal storage, plus I take thousands of photos, which also takes up a lot of space.

                    I still prefer well integrated apps that have all needed functions, as opposed to different parts spread across muttiple apps. 😁 πŸ™ πŸ’š ✨ πŸ€™

                                I would love such decentralized media storage. I know of IPFS, but unless you host the files yourself, they may not remain in the network.
