Warm greetings fellow shadow hunters! ๐ ๐ ๐ โจ ๐ค
For my entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 334, I share with you just over a handful of some gorgeous shadow photos, that I took today in the late afternoon sun, showcasing the exquisite play of light and shadow on the white-variegated leaves of a shell ginger - Alpinia vitatta, growing next to the Landing (one of the community buildings). I take photos of this plant often, as it's striking in its own right, and even more so with sun and shadows dancing across its leaves.
The sharp contrast between the white and green areas of the leaves adds to the beauty of the equally contrasting sunlight and shadows, gives us a stunning scene to behold indeed. If ever a plant were photogenic, this shell ginger is certainly that! I hope that you appreciate them as much as I did when I took them! ๐ ๐ ๐ โจ ๐ค
