Hello and welcome. In this post, I update with my Sunday Actifit stats and weekly Hive goals, along with a few pictures from the day.
I was just under 10,000 steps for the day, breaking my 9-day streak, so I'm starting over again. My goal is to break my record of hitting 10,000 steps per day for fourteen days in a row. Happily, I've been on a good streak with posting my Actifit Reports for twenty consecutive days.

I earned about 501 AFIT on yesterday's report, but had a lot of gadgets that needed repurchasing and activating. Still, even after spending the spending spree, I had around 41 AFIT left over, and overall I have a +216 AFIT balance since my report last Sunday. So this week worked out well. My goal is to earn enough AFIT to cover the gadgets, 200AFIT exchanges for Upvotes, and have a bit leftover to increase my overall balance and rank.

No new HBD this week, I had earned about 0.9HBD over the week but converted it to HIVE as I'm saving up to power up 50 Hive on Jan 1, 2023.
I usually don't take food pics, but it's all I have so I end this post with the noodle soup and fresh lemonade my daughter and I had for lunch. We spent more than an hour sitting at the table, talking, laughing, and eating. It was great. These pictures and reporting on my activity and goals, is me #AliveandThriving on Sunday.
