Great hunt for Larry there @cursephantom, and thanks for sharing your thoughts on credit cards, the only way to make it sustainable in the long run is to pay back all money owed each month, or you will need to pay interest, and paying only the interest makes it pointless as that means you will just hit the limit if you keep using it and will be stuck with a lot of interest to pay, so be careful and stay awesome.

That's a good point. I try to always be careful of my CC usage 👍. So far, I'm using it for business purposes only so I get more profit from using it.

Robert Kyosaki has some good words about debt, bad debt is what you have to pay back yourself, good debt is what someone else has to pay back for you.

An example of the latter would be a loan on an apartment building, the tenants pay the debt when they pay rent.
