RE: Sasquatches and Elephants Sasquatches and Elephants

This story about the trust between a father and his son, when the subject matter of their discussion is contentious, is a poignant one, albeit that the ending brings agreement with a touch of humour! You use dialogue tags and action to good effect to show Sean's discomfort at being put in that position by his father's revelation. This was a light and easy read, slightly shorter than the recommended minimum length for The Ink Well, but nevertheless delivered a layered message.

Just so that you are aware, you can source your images found on Canva or Canva Pro by left mouse clicking on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the image in Canva, and then clicking on the underlined image title in the popup that appears. This will give you your URL for Canva image sourcing :-) I found yours for this image (see below) so you can add it to your post.

Thank you for your kind words, and finding the link ♥️ I added it 👍

I noticed it was a little shorter than recommended, but thought adding unnecessary words would be a disservice to Agmoore, who has helped me so much in learning how to keep a story tight. Perhaps I could have had the father narrate more of the details of his encounter, but would that have helped with the story arc, done nothing, or hurt it?

Looking forward to your feedback, as always 🙏
