I first performed ablution, then I performed Fajr prayer. After Fajr prayer, I did dhikr of Allah, which I do every day. Then I recited a few verses of the Holy Quran and at the same time I read the translation in my language so that I could understand what Allah the Almighty is saying to us. After reciting the Holy Quran, I went to the courtyard of the house. At that time, the fresh morning air was blowing. I kept walking in the courtyard for some time because fresh air in the morning is very beneficial for the lungs, which provide freshness to the whole body, which is very beneficial for the heartbeat.
