Pforzheim Pforzemer Mess 2024

After a long time, I visited the Pforzemer Mess in Pforzheim. I was last there in 2019 and for the first time in 2016, in 2016 it was spontaneous because there was a world novelty ride, namely Infinity, the world's largest overhead swing with a size of 65 meters and there was a demonstration by the showmen, because the city of Pforzheim actually wanted to build on the square. After a long time and 2 years of forced break due to Corona, the square still exists. This year there were a few cool rides such as the Airwolf (last traveling one of its kind), Sky Fall (an 80 meter high free-fall tower), Crazy Mine (a Crazy Mouse, spinning Wild Mouse), Nessy (the last traveling boat swing as the sea monster Nessy of Lochness) and many other cool rides.	Nach einer langen Zeit besuchte ich die Pforzemer Mess in Pforzheim. Zuletzt war ich 2019 dort und zum ersten Mal im Jahr 2016, im Jahr 2016 war es spontan den da war ein WeltneuheitFahrgeschäft, und zwar Infinity, das Welt größte Überkopf Schaukel mit einer Größe von 65 Meter und es gab eine Demo von den Schaustellern, da die Stadt Pforzheim eigentlich den Platz bebauen wollte. Nach einer langen Zeit und 2 Jahren Zwangspause durch Corona besteht der Platz immer noch. In diesem Jahr gab es ein paar coole Fahrgeschäften wie zum Beispiel den Airwolf (letzte reisende in seiner Art), Sky Fall (ein 80 Meter hoher Free-Fall-Tower), Crazy Mine (eine Crazy Mouse, drehende Wilde Maus), Nessy (die letzte reisende Schiffschaukel als das Seemonster Nessy von Lochness) und vielen anderen coolen Fahrgeschäften.

For all those who can be seen on the photo, there is a legal basis that I do not need your consent to publish the photo. § 23 para. 1 No. 3 KunstUrhG (1) Without the consent required under § 22 may be distributed and displayed: 1. portraits from the field of contemporary history; 2. images in which the persons appear only as an accessory next to a landscape or other location; 3. images of meetings, processions and similar events in which the depicted persons have participated; 4. portraits that are not made to order, provided that the distribution or display serves a higher interest of art. (2) The authorization shall not, however, extend to dissemination and display that violates a legitimate interest of the person depicted or, if the person is deceased, of his or her relatives.	Für alle die auf den Foto zu sehen sind, gibt es eine gesetzliche Grundlage, dass ich eure Einwilligung nicht benötige, um das Foto zu veröffentlichen. § 23 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 KunstUrhG (1) Ohne die nach § 22 erforderliche Einwilligung dürfen verbreitet und zur Schau gestellt werden: 1. Bildnisse aus dem Bereiche der Zeitgeschichte; 2. Bilder, auf denen die Personen nur als Beiwerk neben einer Landschaft oder sonstigen Örtlichkeit erscheinen; 3. Bilder von Versammlungen, Aufzügen und ähnlichen Vorgängen, an denen die dargestellten Personen teilgenommen haben; 4. Bildnisse, die nicht auf Bestellung angefertigt sind, sofern die Verbreitung oder Schaustellung einem höheren Interesse der Kunst dient. (2) Die Befugnis erstreckt sich jedoch nicht auf eine Verbreitung und Schaustellung, durch die ein berechtigtes Interesse des Abgebildeten oder, falls dieser verstorben ist, seiner Angehörigen verletzt wird.
