Bitters, I did have to look it up not knowing what it was. My knowledge of various unusual alcohol is not the best.

It's more something you put with alcohol. I'm pretty sure that bottle at the beginning with the yellow top was a bottle of bitters. Angostra or something like that is the brand. I need to pick some up so I can make old fashioneds at home.
