It's revealing... the haste! After the Annunciation and the Angel Gabriel left Mary, she left in haste to visit Elizabeth after learning from the Angel that Elizabeth was pregnant. Knowing that she is quite elderly, she wanted to help. They must have a long conversation about the Annunciation... What did the angel tell you? ... they must have been giddy!!!
