i linked mine befor for steam for splitgate so it should work. if it doesn't work for you , you can try open ticket

I have opened a ticket and is waiting for them to response..
I might already have an account though, but it would have been yearsa go then x)
oh i see ya if another user is connected to it. that could be an issue. theyd have to disconnect that one
