My bad, I never saw this!
Being an active user, yes if you blog with InLeo in the month and write a few threads and vote, basically at least being active on the platform if you want the platform to reward you.
Personally I like this as it means these whales that were sitting back scooping up all the Leo while all the little accounts help grow the platform and keep it active, need to come and be active a wee bit now!
