This is the view from Eravikulam National Park. This is the place where the kurinji poo grow in abundance. This is also the place, famous for Kannan Tea Plantations, most popular tea being sold and exported to other countries.
My daughter enjoying the little flower on the road side.
All the above photos were captured on the way to Munnar. So captivating. But you have to be careful because you come across Nilagiri Tahr. It is one of the most endangered goat in this mountain area.
This is a high range area, full of tea plantations . These photos were captured on the way to Munnar, Kerala, South India, a lovely destination where tourists from around the world, visit.
The weather here is always pleasant inviting more number of tourists from other countries. Most of the days it is covered with Mist. The time taken for us to reach the place via road is around 5 to 6 hours. Usually, we prefer going their on vacations.
Here, there is a place where you come across beautiful lavender colour flowers which bloom in bunches, once in 12 years. In our local language they are called kurinji poo . They are just beautiful to watch. People from out and all over our state, visit this place just to see the blooming flower. They are just spread in acres and acres. If you google them with the local name given above, you get to see them.
By the time I went, the season was almost over, so I couldn't get to see the this beautiful view.
