I am back over ten thousand steps. I should focus more on weight lifting again.
With the end of the year and challenges everywhere, including a back injury I recently had, it has been very difficult to put in consistent weight lifting.
I am going to come back very carefully into weight lifting and will shift my weight lifting workouts to reflect the fact that I am not in my twenties or even thirties anymore.
It is all downhill from here, but I will do my best to slow it down safely.
