Yes, I understood what you meant, and that is a viable idea, though honestly, it that sort of thing can happen so easily, and without a way to quickly resolve it, then I am not very inclined to invest my time and energy into it. That kind of thing can't happen here on Hive, which I love!

I wonder how you get notifications from Tangled. š¤ I assume that it is through email because you have provided them your email address (which is often required for a centralized service), and you haven't told me that they already have a (properly working) app. š¤

They come as phone push notifications. I hardly ever check any of my emails, so that wouldn't work so well...lol! I'm pretty sure that they do have an app, but I just created a web app via Vivaldi. Someone from Hive found me there, but I can't log in to respond to him, which is kind of annoying. šššāØš¤

Maybe you should (temporarily) deactivate the notifications from Tangled while you are still having issues trying to login using your account there, and just talk here on Hive to the Hive user who found you there. š¤š
