Hello friends
It's been a while since my last post . I was mostly busy and frustrated with stupid telegram mini apps and dealing with mental health crises .However I'm doing better these days and I'm able to speak and write again.
Yesterday was an active day. Wheather was good and we had a lovely hike with our dogs in the neighborhood . I felt so greathful to see beauties once again. Nature is truely a tolerant teacher.
There is so many pomegranate trees in our area and yesterday I picked and ate my first pomegranate of this year. It felt so good to enjoy little joys of life
We've done some Yoga too. Doing Yoga outside is harder but it's also more rewarding.
I still don't feel like myself but I'm hopeful about the future .
