I have heard about this book some times ago, a friend told me that I should read it, that it was going to build me up, but I didn't locate where to express my mind on it, nothing did I know that my father has it in his bookshelf, so just four days ago, I saw the book in my Father's bookshelf, I red it and right now, I want to write on the book and what it has to offer.

The rules of work by Richard Templar is a mind center book that is going to make you behave in the best preferable way as an employer, what I see in the message of the book is that, it is written around the employer in the organization on what to do, so, for all aspiring employer or already employers, I will direct that, "the rules of work" should be the first to catch book because it will surely keep you in the position of knowing how to behave in your organization.

I am so much loving the content of the book, because it teaches, starting from the point of how an employer should speak to the level of how an employer should walk and dress, you know most people do not really understand that, they should be a way people in different niche of work should walk, talk and dress, so, as I was having my read in this creative book of proper organizing.

I remember something and that is, when I was in the orientation camp, during my NYSC scheme, the camp commandant was truly a man who has a kind of walking step, naive me, I was like thinking, he did all those things because he wanted to show to all of us, that he was the oga on top, but the book makes me to realized that, even though he has to show himself that he was the camp commandant.

The way he walked has to be there, so that he wouldn't need to explained himself almost all the times, as the person in charge of a certain organization, the way you walk, talk, dress and respond to people should be different from the way other people does, in some other words, thinking more into the book, one may tends to feel, the book is bias, but in my own understanding and as a management scientist, I understand that, an employer should show some attributes which will makes him to look different all the time with his employees.

Richard Templar has really gone deep into writing of this creative book, from what I can read from the book, it tells me that he is a good management scientist himself, every work should has their set of rules, I will recommend this book.
