Here is another figure drawing session.
These are quick sketches, this time I concentrated on the fat, trying to capture its volume.
Another important point is the feeling of body weight.
This comes with the correct distribution of weight and the idea of gravity; if the body is tilted to the left, the fat will fall to that side, which is where we should concentrate our convex curves.
As you can see, the bottom right is a failure, because the lines don't fit the volume properly, because the lines don't follow the direction of the volume, the illusion of perspective is lost.
I can't remember exactly how many seconds it took me to do this, but it's like a really quick sketch, I didn't take the time to think before I put the pencil down and used multiple strokes, which again betrayed the coherence of the volume.
