Before moving to Spain, I never wore sunglasses, but here, I have exactly the same problem as you... After too many hours on the computer, when I go out, I have to wear them!

It also means we must walk lot more times out so eyes can have normal feeling what sun too :))
The only thing that is bad what this eye problem...if that the pain in the eyes doesn't go away then soon becomes a big headache, which eventually spreads to the stomach and makes you vomit... :))
