Meme does not mean or "meme" money. However sumtimes there is money in memes. On the Hive blockchain one may post memes with MemeHive and be rewarded MEME and possibly PEPE too! Sum memes such as Pepe memes have sold fer all sorts of money from many creators and to many collectors. We even have a Pepe Meme NFT and plan to have moar at sum point.

Memes are fun and their is sum potential money. There is value in the entertainment. Sum are scarce and collectible in printed, digital, and NFTs forms. Memes can share messages with "meme-ing" too. The term "meme" was coined by Richard Dawkins in 1976 and we have monthly MEME and PEPE Power Up days on the 26th because of this.

Found 6 Oldest Memes on the Internet which shows sum early examples of possible memes including a dancing baby, hamster, and a funny helicopter.

The most expensive meme however may be $4 million! A meme called "Doge" of a Shiba Inu named Kabosu was sold for a winning bid of 1,696.9 ETH! The meme was certified by the editor-in-chief of Know Your Meme which is a database of lots of memes on the internet. Doge had won the "Meme of the Decade" about four years ago.

"Doge" actually orginated in a 2005 episode of Homestar Runner where Homestar calls sum character his "DOGE". Then in 2010, five years later Sato, the owner of the dog and image posted a picture to her blog that would grow into a meme sensation known as "Doge".

Doge regained popularity wen being chosen to be the dog(e) meme for the doge coin. Learning a little moar history of the "Doge" before the "dogecoin".

Maybe Pepe memes and rare Pepe have sold for various prices as well. Certainly one of the moar well known memes and also a fairly well known coin being a recognized name of "Pepe" from the memes, so much news, discussions, and what not, and of course the coins, and tokens too.

Sum rare memes may mean or "meme" money is sum ways. There is so much fun to be had with memes that has grown into a great part of our culture stemming from expressions of culture however one may choose to express such.

Feels Good Man!
