We found a couple of bearded dragon lizards near the entrance to our local nature reserve. It has just started to get a bit warmer, and I think this is the first time we have been them this season. They were both a bit smaller than the regular one we used to see last summer. The one above in all the green grass seemed pretty calm as we walked by. Maybe it thought it was hidden.
The one below puffed itself up straight away. Both were about the dame size, but they look quite different when they're feel threatened.
Fitness wise, it was the morning run, the afternoon stroll, and a few body weight exercises.
