This makes me so upset, I will never understand how money can be more important than a person's life. This man is suffering and might die because he has no money for medicine. It is so kind of you to help but you can only do so much to help him. My heart is breaking for him, I hope he can get the help he needs.

        The most appropriate management for him is to go to his homeland where the insulin is cheaper than Oman. But, he want to stay and work!!!

        I called to his cellphone number today to ask about the update but he didn't receive the phone! Don't know what happened to him!!
