A couple of days ago when I went to the beach looking for sandfleas I was walking toward the beach on the boardwalk and heard a noise in the leaves. I followed the noise and found this guy. We call them land crabs, most of them are a bluish color but this one is more white than blue.
As I was trying to take his picture, he was snapping his big claw, quick as a hiccup. I bet if he ever got a hold of me, it would be more than a fender bender, it would be a finger bender.
While on the beach, I saw this piece of water craft. I said a prayer for whoever owned it and hoped that it was from one of the hurricanes and was an abandoned boat and not one that someone was using or in when it sank.
This is my pompano from yesterday they are in the fish house scale, they are GMO free.
Last night all I wanted to do was go to sleep but my back was hurting so bad that sleep was not easy. At one point I did fall asleep and when I woke up this morning all I could say is this is brutal, I can not stand straight and every time I bring my right leg forward, I yell out in pain. It is a little better now but I still can not stand straight and if I try to walk too fast I yelp. If it was not the weekend, I could call my doctor and get a steroid pack. These pills are a wonderful drug, I can go from crawling to standing in a day after taking them. You take 6 in one day then 5 the next, decreasing one each day. Before the week is over I would be pain-free.
It always seems that when something hurts, be it back, tooth, or whatever, it will start on a weekend.
