Childbirth is a natural phenomenon and trying to control it may only worsen it. Humans will keep multiplying, what needed to be done is to also increase essential services to meet up with the geometric progression of human population.
I thought about it, the right thing is not to control the number of births but to think of something or public policies that make a difference and make things better for people. The development of a country should be taken seriously by politicians, but it's complicated, after all they always want to regulate something or create some new tax to screw us lol.
