Searching for mushrooms can be an exciting adventure (¨FungiFriday¨)

How are the mushroom enthusiasts and followers of this beautiful ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨:  I am the happiest girl every time we go with my grandparents to the reserve in search of mushrooms, this is a great place where I learn a lot about the “wild” and natural life that we have in my city

Esta semana visitamos a la ¨diabetóloga¨ de mi abuelo, y nuevamente lo ha encontrado con ¨sobre¨ peso, por esa razón ahora tiene que caminar más y tratar de llegar a su peso. Esta situación hace que visitemos más seguido la reserva, y tengamos la oportunidad de buscar hongos; en esta oportunidad dimos con unos hongos conocidos como hongos ¨repisa¨:  pero como es un hongo que se está desarrollando no se pude ver la tradicional forma que tienen este tipo de hongos

Como en otras oportunidades ya les he comentado que este género de hongos tienen muchas especies, y por la forma y su vivo color puedo afirmar que se trata de uno conocido como hongo ¨Pycnoporus¨:  No son de esos hongos que quieras llevar a tu casa para comer, dado que no es comestible; estos hongos es muy común hallar en zona donde el clima es como el nuestro, es decir, lugares con el clima ¨subtropical¨

No me sorprende que hayamos encontrado estos hongos en el predio, dado que últimamente lo encontramos seguido, lo que si me ha sorprendido, es que no lo hallamos en las ramas de árbol del ¨ceibo¨ donde habitualmente están, en esta oportunidad los vimos en una rama de un árbol de ¨mora¨. Se trata de un hongo muy conocido como hongos ¨Auricularia¨ auricula-judae¨ :  la verdad que no estaban en su mejor estado, ya que en otras oportunidades los hemos visto mejor conservado, aun así se pueden comer

Definitivamente no querrás ver este hongo ¨Junghuhnia¨:   en algunas ramas de tus árboles, ya que ellos están en maderas que se están descomponiendo, y ver uno de ellos en tus plantas no es muy buena señal.
