These are some funny beliefs that I've never heard before. I wonder if different cultures have different superstitions. I can't think of any my family had.

It is quite possible that it is due to the culture of some peoples, for example in the case of my mother-in-law's beliefs, they are very common in the Barloventeña region of Venezuela, and I heard them from other members of her family, especially the older ladies.
But there are also cases in which we keep the beliefs that we heard among friends and so it is transmitted further. We repeat what we believe. 😁😋
