Por supuesto vamos a trabajar el cuerpo completo asi que es importante realizar el calentamiento previo, y para ponerle intensidad no habra descanso entre cada ronda, haremos 4 rondas en total 💪💪 asi que a dejar las excusas y a mover el esqueleto se ha dicho😂
